If you have Office or no Office applications at all Add the Access Runtime by clicking the following link to download the free Office Access Runtime. Choose your language and then click either the Bit Download or the Bit Download button. The Access Runtime is similar to previous runtimes in that all design-related UI is either removed or disabled. You do not need to buy any special product in order to redistribute the Access Runtime.
